Damaging wind gusts are expected to develop on Wednesday across the southeast, including Wollongong and the Illawarra region.
The Bureau advises a front crossing central New South Wales on Wednesday, will bring increased west to northwesterly flow and damaging wind gusts to parts of the southeast.
Damaging wind gusts in excess of 90 km/h are expected to develop across the area including the Wollongong and Nowra areas from Wednesday morning, continuing through the afternoon, then easing during Wednesday night.
