The former bus layover on Marine Drive in Wollongong, has transformed again, this time to deliver extra parking.
The area which just last month was the finish line for the World Triathlon Championships Finals, now has 43-standard car parks, as well as two-mobility parking spaces, and six-motorbike spots.
Lord Mayor of Wollongong Councillor Tania Brown, said the new parking spaces are part of Council’s long-term vision, to improve access to the Wollongong foreshore.
