Work is underway with the development of 28-new or upgraded bush fire and emergency facilities, including in the Illawarra.
18-new rural fire brigade stations will be built, with an upgrade to another four, these include facilities at Dunmore at Shellharbour.
The state government has committed more than $34.5 million this year, to progress work on NSW Rural Fire Service facilities
