Accused childcare abuser named after order lifted

A 35-year-old who once worked at a Wollongong childcare centre, has been named after a yearlong ban on his name was lifted.

The man was arrested in July 2025 by Australian Federal Police, it’s alleged he abused 150-children, and faces over 320-charges.

The AFP have released a list of where he worked in childcare, which includes 62 centres, the families impacted by the alleged abuse, have been contacted by the AFP and NSW Health.
