Police are asking for our help with info, to locate a teenage girl reported missing from the Illawarra region.
Hunni Leighton, aged 13, was last seen in Oak Flats about 3.15pm on Thursday 17 September 2026.
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Hunni is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150-155cm tall, of a thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes, a link to her photo is right here.
She is known to frequent the Bulli, Helensburgh, Warilla and Albion Park areas.
Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to contact Lake Illawarra Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
