Shellharbour City Council is moving ahead with the Yellow Rock Road upgrade in early 2026.
The improvements will upgrade Yellow Rock Road, from the Illawarra Highway to Araluen Terrace, through work Stages 1 and 2, helping increase road safety, pedestrian access, and connectivity for the growing community.
Council is inviting residents to learn more about the project with drop-in sessions this month, on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 3pm and 5pm at Centenary Hall Albion Park.
