Weather Bureau advises preparation for wet weather

After the warm conditions experienced on Monday across the Illawarra, the Bureau of Meteorology is advising of a real change from Wednesday.

According to forecaster with the Bureau Jonathan How, the coast can at this stage expect up to 80mm on Wednesday, and a further 30mm on Thursday.

Mr. How advises that the totals may be higher, given the changes that can occur as a weather system moves closer to the coastal fringe.
