A trial that has the potential to transform the accommodation landscape, has been called for at last night’s Shellharbour Council meeting.
Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer, has called for Council to endorse a two year pilot program, that would allow ‘mobile tiny homes’ to be used as rental accommodation, in association with an existing dwelling.
He’s also called for policy, that’d allow for mobile tiny homes to be installed as ‘exempt developments’.
