A reminder for anyone in the Illawarra regarding getting their tax done – the Australian Taxation Office says a key deadline is fast approaching.
Rob Thomson, ATO Assistant Commissioner, has warned taxpayers that regardless of how they lodge, October 31, 2025, is a key date to remember.
He advises that if you’re lodging yourself, you need to have completed and submitted your return by October 31, 2025, and if you plan to lodge through a registered tax professional, you must be ‘on their books’ by that date.
