A number of NSW servo’s have been hit with fuel price transparency penalties – one in the Illawarra.
Anoulack Chanthivong, Minister for Better Regulation and Fair Trading, said the servo at Port Kembla was hit with multiple fines over infringements.
Around 70-per-cent of all fines have been issued in regional NSW, Fair Trading has now conducted over 4,600 field inspections and re-inspections.
