Following the fatal shooting of a man in Nowra on Wednesday, NSW Police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
Police said the 34 year old armed man, exited a medical clinic on Junction Street, Nowra at about 2.40pm, confronting Police.
The man was shot and was immediately treated by officers, and NSW Ambulance paramedics but died at the scene.

Police believe there were a number of people in the area at the time, they are asking for those people to contact Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
