One person has died and three are fighting for their lives after a truck collided with a car and a barrier at the bottom of Bulli Pass on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Lawrence Hargrave Drive around 1.50pm to find a woman in a BMW SUV trapped – she and two male patients in the truck have since been airlifted to Liverpool, St George and Westmead hospitals, each in a critical condition.
A third man travelling in the truck died at the scene, and is yet to be formally identified.

Lawrence Hargrave remains closed in both directions at the time of publication, with diversions in place while crash unit investigations are underway.
