Rental prices for the Illawarra and South Coast have been released, part of the Domain Rent Report, for the December Quarter 2023.
The reports claims the market is slowing down, and the rental market is expected to become more balanced for renters this year.
Wollongong’s price sat at $650, a rise of 4.8%, Shellharbour $625 up 4.2%, while Kiama was at $675, up 2.3%.
