Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state’s south.
Taj Burgess, aged 15, was last seen on Jardine Street, Fairy Meadow, about 9am on Friday 5 September 2025.
When he could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Wollongong Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family have concerns for Taj’s welfare due to his age.
Taj is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing dark clothing and is often seen in a hooded sweatshirt and trackpants.
Taj is believed to frequent the Canberra, Wollongong and Lake Illawarra areas.
