Wollongong City Council is giving fans the chance to cheer on the Matildas in Globe Lane as they play in the semi-finals of the FIFA Women’s World Cup against England.
Wollongong’s a proud sporting city and has a long history and association with the Matildas – from players and supporters to coaching staff, medical staff, and administrators.
We’re pleased to be able to offer this opportunity for our community to get together and cheer on our team.

This is a free event, and Council recommends you rug up and bring along your loudest cheer!
The screen will be located in Globe Lane Wollongong with kick-off at 8pm.
