Kiama Council is moving ahead with the development of a masterplan for Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park.
As part of Council’s commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of facilities to ensure the park continues to meet the needs of visitors now and into the future, staff are undertaking long-term planning to respond to changing travel patterns, guest expectations and the broader tourism landscape.
As the park is situated on Crown land, Council is required to manage it in accordance with the Crown Land Management Act 2016 (NSW).
This includes supporting the NSW Government’s strategic direction to enhance the use of public land, strengthen tourism opportunities and ensure the land delivers sustainable benefits for the wider community.lanning is underway.
