A man has fronted a Sydney court, over a public place shooting in Woonona area earlier this month.
Police were called late on Saturday 17 May 2025, after reports a gunshot had been heard at a home on Cotterill Avenue, investigations located damage on the front of the home, consistent with a projectile.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at a home on Armour Street Bellambi, Police allege that during the arrest, the man resisted officers, and a Taser and O-C Spray were used.

The man faced numerous charges in Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
