Major road works on Lawrence Hargrave Drive

Lawrence Hargrave Drive will see major works from today, 15 September 2025, on the stretch between Coalcliff and Stanwell Park.

The Government said a total of $1.8 million worth of repairs set to be carried out on the eastern side of Lawrence Hargrave Drive, between Coalcliff and Stanwell Park, to prevent ‘further ground movement’, after extreme weather events in early 2023 caused serious damage,

The works are expected to be completed by late November, weather permitting.
