The Illawarra and Shoalhaven’s Lifeguard Challenge is on again today, Thursday 1 February, 2024, at Surf Beach, Kiama.
The Lifeguard Challenge will see teams of lifeguards from Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and Shoalhaven councils take part in the challenge – a 5 leg relay race.
Once again more than 60 lifeguards will team up, and go head-to-head from 7pm.
