Changes coming up for anyone who’s thinking of camping at Kiama, over the summer holiday season.
Kiama Council there’ll be no ‘overflow camping sites’, at The Kiama Showground/Chittick Oval and Chapman Oval, this summer.
Council says the option is off the table for the 2023-24 summer season, due to ongoing issues with the condition of the turfed areas, the likelihood of additional damage, and increased sporting and other events using the grounds.
