Illawarra road users are reminded that school speed zones are back in force, as the school term begins today.
Although Monday, 29 April, 2024, is a teacher development day for some schools, some students still return to school on this date.
School zones are generally in place, from 8 to 9.30am, and from 2.30 to 4pm, and motorists who don’t obey the rules, face heavy fines and demerits.
