Basketball Australia is announcing the 12-player team that will compete at the upcoming FIBA Asia Cup in Jeddah.
Among the 12 man squad is Illawarra Hawks star Will ‘Davo’ Hickey, who was instrumental in the club’s NBL championship run earlier this year.
The first challenge for the FIBA Asia Cup will be against the University of Colorado Buffaloes at the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre on Thursday night.
From there they will head to Jeddah with the FIBA Asia Cup commencing against Korea on Wednesday, 6 August.
