Illawarra drivers are reminded that double-demerits, are now in force for the King’s Birthday long weekend.
The statewide operation started at midnight and will run until midnight Monday, Police are targeting speed, drink and drug driving, fatigue, and distracted driving.
NSW Police says officers may also hand-out additional demerit points, if particular driving and parking offences, occur in a school zone.
