Parkinson’s Information Seminar – Kiama

Parkinson’s Support Kiama is inviting people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers, health professionals and members of the wider community to attend the Parkinson’s Information Seminar on Tuesday 22 September 2026. Our theme for the event is “Seeing the Whole Picture – Beyond Movement” The seminar will look beyond the more familiar movement symptoms of Parkinson’s to explore the many other ways the condition can affect health, communication, wellbeing and everyday life.  We have a great program with four experienced health professionals covering key topics including neurology, oral health, vision, and speech therapy. Together, the presentations will provide participants with a broader understanding of Parkinson’s and the importance of looking at the whole person, rather than focusing solely on movement symptoms.
