
‘Grandma’s House’ Premiere & ‘Dating Violet’ Screening
Twenty-six-year-old filmmaker Holly Trenaman is putting her home of Coledale on the map. Over the past four years, inspired by her upbringing in Coledale, Holly has been committed to showcasing this coastal suburb, using the magic of cinema. Come along and show your support at this special premiere of ‘Grandma’s House’ (2024 Documentary), paired with a screening of Holly’s other short, ‘Dating Violet’ (2021), both of which were completely filmed in and about Coledale. Her ‘local-legend’ grandparents Colin and Gay Cahill, who star in ‘Grandma’s House’ are the special guests. Locals are encouraged to attend and enjoy the beauty of their home on-screen at Coledale RSL.
When: Wednesday, 16th April 2025, 6:00pm – 8:00pm AEDT. Films start promptly at 6:30pm. Pizza and the bar will be open and available.
