Wollongong City Council has pulled the trigger on feral deer management around the Wollongong area.
A new deal’s been signed with South-East Local Land Services that’ll see contractors continue targeted control programs against the feral deer population until mid-2027.
Lord Mayor of Wollongong Councillor Tania Brown, said everyone is aware of the impact feral deer can have, and not just on bush and agricultural land.
