Over the next two months the Bellambi Boat Ramp jetty will undergo refurbishment, giving it another 10 years of life.
The works include replacing the jetty deck tiles with Fibre Reinforced Polymer panels, and building a new jetty entrance concrete access pad, along with replacing the aluminium handrail on the upper deck level of the jetty, and other minor works.
Wollongong City Council advises that while a section of the car park will be fenced off, fishers and boaters will still be able to access the boat ramp and car park during the works.
