Workers impacted by the closure of Tahmoor Mine, are being given the option to visit a Mine Employment Support Hub in Wollongong.
Representatives from government and support organisations, will be available to assist with things like employment and job opportunities, training and re-skilling options, and financial and income support.
Ther Wollongong Support Hub is set for the MEU Wollongong Office, Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange, from 9.30am till 3pm today 13 March 2026, and next Tuesday 17 March 2026, organisers say no appointment is necessary.
