Illawarra grant under Net Zero Acceleration program

The Illawarra Shoalhaven Joint Organisation (ISJO) has been awarded $253,200 under
Round 3 of the NSW Government’s Joint Organisation Net Zero Acceleration (JONZA) grant program.

The funding will employ a dedicated staff member to lead net zero initiatives across the organisation and its member councils for the next 18 months.

This marks the third consecutive year that the ISJO has received a grant through the JONZA
program, demonstrating continued progress and commitment to climate action in the region.
