A Wollongong man’s booked a day in court, following an e-scooter incident at North Wollongong Beach.
The 42 year old was stopped by police along Blue Mile pathway on Saturday morning, while riding an e-scooter without a helmet, with two children – aged 2 and 6 – on board, wearing helmets.
Checks allegedly revealed than man’s licence had been suspended until 2030, while a breath test returned a positive reading for cannabis.

He’s facing multiple charges, including breach of bail, and was granted conditional bail in Bail Division Court on Saturday, to appear in Wollongong Local Court in April.
