Two rock fishers are lucky to be alive after being swept into the water in separate incidents over the weekend.
Both men were wearing life jackets, and were rescued by off duty surf lifesavers on jet skis at Bombo Headland and Kiama Downs.
Surf Life Saving NSW says the incidents are a timely reminder that life jackets save lives.
