A pedestrian is in a critical condition after allegedly being hit by an e-bike at Barrack Heights.
Just before 11am on Sunday 4 October 2026, emergency services were called to Shellharbour Road near Sunset Avenue, with NSW Ambulance paramedics treating a 16-year-old girl at the scene, before she was airlifted to St George Hospital, in a critical but stable condition.
A 35-year-old male e-bike rider at the scene allegedly returned a positive breath and drug test, a second rider may’ve been involved.
