An earlier accident involving a car and a bike at Russell Vale is still causing delays.
The accident is on Memorial Drive between Park Road and Bellambi Lane, and latest info is it’s affecting traffic in both directions.
Emergency services, Transport for NSW, and the rescue helicopter are involved.
