A few milestones have been achieved as construction of the Mount Ousley interchange continues.
Transport for NSW says more than 50% complete, and more than 561,000 people hours have been worked to date, one very noticeable aspect are the 36-concrete girders now in place for two of the four new bridges to be built.
Additional vegetation removal started on Monday, weather permitting, and once complete, will allow for construction to start on pieces like the shared path bridge.
