A fatal crash that affected Appin Road on Thursday 8 January 2025, has seen a 22-year-old man front court.
The incident saw a 17-year-old girl die at the scene, while four people were injured, two people critically, they were flown to Liverpool Hospital.
Police arrested the 22-year-old male driver, he was charged with 14-offences, he was refused bail and appeared in court on Saturday.
