Shellharbour City Council will be getting to work on essential maintenance and repair works on the jetty at Deakin Reserve, Oak Flats.
The structure is ageing and showing signs of deterioration, and this project will improve its condition, and extend its safe use into the future.
The jetty closed to the public for about six weeks from Monday 28 September 2026, with Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer advising the works are an important investment, in maintaining community infrastructure.
