The warning’s gone out from NSW Ambulance, and the Bureau of Meteorology has updated the info – the heatwave starts today for the Illawarra.
The temp’s expected to hit 32 today, 35 on Thursday and Friday, before a potential 40 degrees for the Illawarra on Saturday.
The Ambo’s say we need to prepare, and watch out for the kids, the elderly, our animals and our pets as well, and to never leave kids or pets in the car.
