Children’s court after alleged pursuit from Wollongong

A teenage boy and girl have fronted a children’s court, following an alleged pursuit from Wollongong to Sydney’s south west.

Investigations after an alleged stealing and assault, at a convenience store on Keira Street, Wollongong, about 12.20am Thursday, led to Police spotting an unregistered van, resulting in the pursuit.

The van eventually stopped in Campbelltown where the van was allegedly driven at a police road block causing significant damage to two police vehicles.
