The Aussie Wheelaroos team announcement is set for later this morning at University of Wollongong.
Aussie coach Brett Clark will announce the team for Rugby League World Cup 2026 at 10.15am, with the competition to be played entirely in Wollongong.
Defending champions England are aiming to secure back-to-back World Cup titles, while France will be after redemption, following their heartbreaking defeat in the 2022 final.

The opening games on 30 October 2026 coincide with the Men’s and Women’s double-header in which England Women will play Fetu Samoa and England Men take on PNG Kumuls.
The final of the Wheelchair World Cup will be played on Friday 13 November 2026.
