NSW Police have charged two people with drug offences, after a raid by the Southern Operations Support Group in Brownsville.
The raid at around 1.30pm on Friday 28 August 2026, saw drugs including methylamphetamine and cash seized, a 33-year-old man, and a 40-year-old woman were arrested at the unit, and taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station.
Both were refused bail and appeared in Bail Division Court 3 on Saturday, where they were formally refused bail, to reappear in Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
