Police are asking for our help to locate a teenage boy missing from the Wollongong area.
Wayne Howard-Birch, aged 13, was last seen on Murphys Avenue, Keiraville, about 2.30pm on Friday 21 August 2026.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Wollongong Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Wayne’s welfare due to his age.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, about 150cm tall, with blonde hair.
Wayne was last seen wearing a black ‘Champion’ branded jumper, grey ‘Champion’ branded pants, black ‘Nike’ shoes and a black hat. He may also be riding a black push bike.
He is known to visit the Waterloo and Nowra areas.
