Kiama Council has taken to social media, asking residents to report improper e-bike use, after recent damage to the fields at the local sports complex.
Council says riders have been treating the sporting fields like a fun park – intentionally skidding and sliding on the grass, along with the fenced-off turf cricket pitch, and the athletics track…also accused of riding at high speeds during training sessions and games.
Anyone who see’s such activity, is being urged to call Kiama Council or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
