The race for Kiama Council is officially underway, with ballot positions locked in for next month’s by-election.
Only two candidates are contesting the vacant seat, with Stanley Jarrett drawing the top spot on the ballot, ahead of Michael Bowden.
Early voting opens on Saturday 15 August, with election day set for Saturday 22 August.
