The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has released its findings into the fatal plane crash at Shellharbour Airport in October 2025.
ATSB investigators found there was insufficient evidence to identify the reason for a sustained pitch-up of the aircraft’s stabilator, despite extensive examination of the wreckage and other available evidence.
The plane crashed shortly after take-off, killing the pilot and two passengers on board.
