A man has been charged with high range PCA and has had his firearms seized, after a crash at Kiama Downs.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Meehan Drive and Riverside Drive, at around 9am on Tuesday, a car had hit traffic lights, with the driver taking off.
Police nabbed the 41-year-old man later, he had a four-year-old passenger in the vehicle, and failed a roadside breath test.

The man will front Kiama Local Court on Monday June 1.
