Shellharbour City Council’s made the call to close all sporting fields today to games and training thanks to ongoing wet weather conditions.
The closures are in a bid to protect player safety and prevent damage to playing surfaces.
Council staff will be checking the grounds again tomorrow morning, Tuesday March 10.
