Stephen Hawking's wheelchair has just gone under the hammer for $393,000.
The chair was sold in an online auction raising money for the Stephen Hawking Foundation and the Motor Neurone Disease Association, which is a fantastic cause, still, would be a strange piece of memorabilia to have in your pool room!
A copy of Hawking's doctoral thesis, which also went under the hammer for $767,000, is something you’d pull out at a dinner party.
Also sold at auction was a script from one of his appearances on The Simpsons, for $8,152, and a collection of his medals and awards for $387,041.
