The wild weather has resulted in problems on the rail lines.

The Transport Management Centre advises  trains are not running between Kiama and Bomaderry on the South Coast line due to a tree blocking the track.

And on the Southern Highlands line, trains are not running between Campbelltown and Moss Vale due to flooding on the tracks.

Meanwhile Kiama Council has closed Jamberoo Mountain Road due to a landslip and large tree blocking the road.

Council has closed the road above The Abbey, with local residents still able to access their properties.

Motorists should use Macquarie Pass and Picton Road as alternatives.

Swamp Road at Jamberoo is also closed due to flooding.
