As contact tracers try and identify links to 25 of yesterday's 38 COVID cases across the Illawarra Shoalhaven, a handful of COVID venues of concern have been added to the region's long list of exposure sites.

A public health alert has been issued for Woonona Eyecare after it was visited by an infected person last Tuesday.

NSW Health has also issued an alert for Figtree but the location is not known because they failed to update it on the list.

Wave FM has contacted the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District for clarification.

Casual contact venues of concern have also been listed in Bomaderry and Callala Bay.

Anyone who attended the following venues on the days listed is a casual contact and must get tested immediately and isolate until a negative result is received.

NSW Health said people should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again.
