The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment – Crown Lands is asking for community feedback on Kanahooka Jetties and Dix’s Wharf, which are among priority upgrades to a number of public jetties in Lake Illawarra.

The NSW Government has allocated $1.7 million from its COVID-19 stimulus program to support repairs and upgrade work on Lake IIlawarra jetties, so they can be used by the community.

Community feedback will help determine priority jetty upgrades and identify if all jetty structures are still required by the community, information can be accessed here.

This information will help confirm the preferred option for a program of jetty repair works.
